Hi, I’m Anne. After years of dreaming about a drive-through salad concept, I opened Edgy Veggie in 2021, to make feel-good food quick and easy to enjoy.
How did we get our name? Well, other than sounding cute and clever, the informal definition of the word “edgy” is, “at the forefront of a trend; experimental…”, which is exactly what we hoped to create. Healthy ingredients. Drive-through convenience. Wholesome Food Fast!
