About the information on this site
This website tells you about our food truck, menu, hours and location. Our menu rotates with the seasons, so dishes, ingredients, toppings, hours and availability can change without notice, and not every item is available at all times. We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise that it always is.
Menu, ingredients and allergens
Menu descriptions, including notes such as “Gluten-Free” or “Dairy-Free”, are general information about a dish’s ingredients. They are not a guarantee that a dish is free of any allergen. Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles many ingredients, so we can’t rule out cross-contact. If you have a food allergy or dietary need, please ask us about ingredients before you order.
Online ordering and group orders
Online orders for delivery are placed through a separate ordering system at order.edgyveggiesaladco.com. Orders, payments, delivery and refunds are handled under that system’s own terms. Any estimate or quote we give for a company luncheon or large group order is not binding until we confirm the order with you.
